Hi! I’m Ana Chagelishvili, founder of Growth Sprint.

For over a decade, I built and led billion-dollar product portfolios and global teams at Meta, Wise, and Alibaba launching 0-to-1 products, managing high-stakes global rollouts, and navigating the pressures of fast-scaling environments.
​
What I learned along the way? Hiring the best people isn’t enough.
Even top talent can stall when clarity is missing, trust is low, or ownership isn’t shared. I saw firsthand how misalignment slows delivery, drains morale, and pushes leaders into constant firefighting.
